The Pine Tree HS Band competed this past Saturday at the 31st annual Mesquite Marching Festival at Mesquite Memorial Stadium. The band finished first in 5A, receiving a Superior rating (1) and taking home the awards for Best: Music, Visual, Percussion, Band, and Color Guard. Pine Tree outscored the following:
