The outstanding employees who make up the Facility Services department have the responsibility of performing the day to day building maintenance and general repairs for the district’s 7 campuses and all other facilities.
In addition to building maintenance, this department is also responsible for:
Construction, Renovations & Additions
Maintenance And Operation Of All Utilities In Cooperation With Various Utility Service Providers
Telephones And Intercom Systems
Computerized Maintenance Management System
Fire Extinguishers, Fire Suppression, & Fire Alarms
Grounds Maintenance Including All Athletic Fields, Furniture Moving And Set Up For Campus Events, Sprinkler Systems, Emergency Maintenance Repairs For The Following: Heating/Ventilation/Air Conditioning, Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing and Food Service Equipment
