About the Pine Tree Facility Services Department

The outstanding employees who make up the Facility Services department have the responsibility of performing the day to day building maintenance and general repairs for the district’s 7 campuses and all other facilities.

In addition to building maintenance, this department is also responsible for:

  • Construction, Renovations & Additions

  • Custodial Services

  • Maintenance And Operation Of All Utilities In Cooperation With Various Utility Service Providers

  • Telephones And Intercom Systems

  • Computerized Maintenance Management System

  • Key Control

  • Fire Extinguishers, Fire Suppression,  & Fire Alarms

  • Security Systems

  • Preventive Maintenance

  • Waste Management

  • Pest Control

  • Grounds Maintenance Including All Athletic Fields,   Furniture Moving And Set Up For Campus Events,   Sprinkler Systems,   Emergency Maintenance Repairs For The Following:  Heating/Ventilation/Air Conditioning, Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing and Food Service Equipment
