How do I make a request for open records?

The Pine Tree Independent School District complies with the Texas Public
Information Act (TPIA) for information requests submitted by members of the public. Failure to send PIA request to the designated party below may cause delay in fulfilling request.

Requests for information may be submitted using one of two methods:

Designated Non-business Days for purpose of PIAs

The Pine Tree Independent School Board of Trustees designates the following days as nonbusiness days for purposes of compliance with timelines adopted by the Texas Public Information Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 552:
