The 2025-2026 Enrollment Application is now open for incoming Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten students.

All other grade levels will open on July 11, 2025.

If your student is brand new to our school district, or has not been enrolled during the current school year- Request a new account to complete the application.

If you already have children currently enrolled in our school district but need to enroll a brand-new student—for example, a kindergartener who’s never attended our schools—Log in with your Family Access account.

New Student Registration will be held on Individual Campuses on:

July 30, 2025 – 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

July 31, 2025 – 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

 August 1, 2025 – 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Those who complete the New to District Enrollment Application prior to Registration will be fast tracked through the in-person process.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
If you are unable to upload these required documents to the application, please be prepared to provide copies to the campus to complete registration.

• Birth Certificate

• Social Security Card

• Shot Records

• Parent/Guardian ID

• Acceptable Residency Verification Documents (must be in parent/guardian name):

  • Current Gregg County Tax Statement     

  • Current Utility Bill (water, gas, electric)     

  • Current Lease Agreement with parent and student(s) names

  • Current Purchase Agreement/Contract

  • Approved Transfer or Shared Residence Application (must be approved prior to enrolling)

  • ***DELINQUENT OR FINAL UTILITY BILLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
