The 2024-2025 Enrollment Application will be opened for incoming Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten students on May 1, 2024.

All other Grade Levels will open on July 15th.

Please do not complete a new student application prior to these dates, as you will not be completing all necessary forms and will be required to complete the process again.

New Student Registration will be held on Individual Campuses on:

July 31, 2024 – 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

August 1, 2024 – 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

 August 2, 2024 – 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Those who complete the New to District Enrollment Application prior to Registration will be fast tracked through the in-person process.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
If you are unable to upload these required documents to the application, please be prepared to provide copies to the campus to complete registration.

• Birth Certificate

• Social Security Card

• Shot Records

• Parent/Guardian ID

• Acceptable Residency Verification Documents (must be in parent/guardian name):

  • Current Gregg County Tax Statement     

  • Current Utility Bill (water, gas, electric)     

  • Current Lease Agreement with parent and student(s) names

  • Current Purchase Agreement/Contract

  • Approved Transfer or Shared Residence Application (must be approved prior to enrolling)

  • ***DELINQUENT OR FINAL UTILITY BILLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
