Capturing Kids Hearts National Showcase School
This award is given to schools that go above and beyond to create a safe and loving school environment that focuses on putting student relationships 1st! Birch Elementary was selected as one of over 300 schools nationwide to receive this award.
UIL Champions
This is an academic competition that more than half a million students participate in state-wide each year. Birch Elementary has won the past four UIL championships it has participated in.
4 of 5 TEA Distinctions Including: ELA, Math, and Academic Growth.
These are awards given to schools based on academic achievement. Birch Elementary was recognized for high performance in Reading, Math, Comparative Academic Growth and Postsecondary Readiness.
School Community Relationships
Birch Elementary has multiple programs and organizations that involve our community that promote and strengthen our Birch First Family. A few of our programs include WATCH Dogs, Genius Hour with over 30 volunteer clubs, PTA and our Literacy Army reading volunteers are all a part of the school's success.
