Bus Routes

Important Information:

Online Bus Registration closes August 9, 2026. In order to ride the bus the first 3 days of school, your online Registration must be completed and approved by August 9th 2026.

Beginning Monday, August 10, students that need to be registered to ride the bus must complete the Bus Registration Form at the child's school of attendance. Students registered to ride the bus between August 10th-19th will not be provided bus transportation until Monday August 24, 2026. There is a three day waiting period for any student registered to ride the bus after August 19th. This time is necessary to adjust routes, communicate changes in routes, and inform appropriate campus staff members.

Pine Tree ISD utilizes group bus stops for students that ride the school bus. Students should be at the bus stop 5-7 minutes prior to the scheduled stop time.

FIND MY BUS WILL BE ACTIVE AT 3:00 PM FRIDAY, AUGUST 14TH, 2026. PARENTS SHOULD USE THE LINK TO GET BUS INFORMATION (BUS #, STOP LOCATION AND TIMES). PLEASE CHECK DAILY FOR ANY CHANGES.

Walking Distances to Stop:

  • Pre-K and Kindergarten-(0 miles within reason, neighbors will be required to meet at a single stop.

    Students riding the Primary/Birch bus will have group bus stops) Parent/Guardian is required to be visible from the bus stop.

  • 1st through 4th grade- .1 miles or approx. 550 ft. or 1-block (grouped at bus stops)

  • 5th through 8th grade- .2 miles or approx. 1100 ft. or 2-blocks (grouped at bus stops)

  • 9th through 12th grade .3 miles or approx. 1600 ft. or 3-blocks (grouped at bus stops)

To locate the closest bus stop, you will need to know your Student's School Identification Number(student ID#).

Route information for returning regular education students will be posted to the website first. Some bus stops and pick up times may change. Please make a point to periodically recheck your student's route information. Parents of students with special needs will be contacted by the Pine Tree ISD Transportation Department.
