Visit with students, teachers and administrators from each campus and department about pathways to success, innovative projects, extracurricular activities, special programs, and more. Enjoy student demonstrations, fine arts performances; learn about volunteering and job opportunities. This is your chance to discover what makes Pine Tree great all in one location. Make plans to join us on Thursday, January 18th from 6pm - 8pm at Maude Cobb Convention Center, 100 Grand Blvd.

Congratulations to the Students of the Month for December. We are incredibly proud of all our little pirates who demonstrate their pirate pride through their hard work every day!
At the December 11th PTISD board meeting, our pledges were led by students from Birch Elementary. PTISD employees Chandra Watson, Jamie Hudman and Elisha Rivera were recognized with the Above and Beyond award and Joey Lawrence with AEP/SWEPCO was honored with the Most Valuable Pirate (MVP) award for their outstanding contributions to PTISD.
PTISD received the TAEA District of Distinction award for the second year in a row. and recognition was given to those employees.

The PTA will be delivering yummy Christmas treats to our amazing staff at the Primary and we could use your help. We will have Shivers Hot Chocolate for the staff on December 8th and could use a few volunteers to help pass out the drinks. We will have a cart with the drinks and festive toppings to go with it. Future Pirates Club events are for children who have already turned 4 or 5 years old or will be 4 years old by September 1, 2024 but are not yet in school full time. Santa is coming to the Primary on Friday, December 1st. We would love you have you and your future pirate(s) join us for music class and a visit to Santa.
