As we wrap up the year, we have several fun and important events happening each day. Please read the details below carefully: 📅 Monday, May 19 – X is for X-tra Fun Day! Students will enjoy some extra fun as we near the end of the school year! Have Students dress in play clothes and comfy shoes. We play and learn outside almost all day long! Last Kona Ice Day- Please send $4 for your child to participate! If you child is attending Summer Learning, look for an information sheet coming home today. 📅 Tuesday, May 20 – Y is for Year-End Celebration Day! Students will be celebrating all they’ve accomplished this year! 📅 Wednesday, May 21 – Z is for Zero More Days! There are Zero more days of school! Buses leave the campus at 11:45AM. Check-Out Process: If you plan to check your child out after the picnic: ✔️ You must sign out with your child’s teacher first. ✔️ Then, show your car tag at the exit gate to complete check-out. This two-step verification helps us ensure every child’s safety. What to Bring: A blanket or lawn chairs to sit and enjoy your time with your child. You may bring outside food to enjoy! Sack lunches are provided to students at no cost as well. Special Treat: Traveling Tom’s Coffee Truck will be on the playground for parents to enjoy during the picnic! ☕ Note: This event is weather permitting. Pine Tree ISD will delay school release by 15 minutes due to the weather to ensure a smooth and safe dismissal for all students. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please plan accordingly, and thank you for your continued support of Pine Tree ISD.
