Congratulations to Chuck Davis, our high school Construction, Construction Technology, and Practicum of Construction teacher, for receiving the Walk Through Chain of the Week! He provides students with meaningful, hands on learning experiences and takes them to SkillsUSA competitions, where they proudly showcase their projects and hard work.
We are grateful for his expertise, practical knowledge, and the wisdom he shares to help prepare students for success in the construction industry. He is always among the first to lend a hand to anyone in need on campus, including both students and staff, and is eager to integrate cross curricular instruction to enrich learning opportunities.

Congratulations to Kat Darden, our leader of the PTHS Teaching and Training Program, for earning this week’s Walk-Through Chain of the Week!
Mrs. Darden exemplifies what it means to be an excellent teacher, leader, and friend. She creates a classroom environment where students feel supported, challenged, and inspired to grow both personally and professionally. Through her leadership, she models the very qualities she hopes to instill in her students.
In her program, Mrs. Darden is dedicated to showing her students exactly what it means to be a future educator. She goes above and beyond to equip them with the skills, mindset, and passion needed to lead classrooms of their own one day. Her impact reaches far beyond her classroom, as she consistently invests in both her students and her colleagues.
We are incredibly grateful for Mrs. Darden’s dedication and the example she sets every day. We are proud to call her a Pine Tree Pirate!
