PTJH had a great day with hot chocolate, decorating carts and Ugly Christmas Sweaters.
At the December 11th PTISD board meeting, our pledges were led by students from Birch Elementary. PTISD employees Chandra Watson, Jamie Hudman and Elisha Rivera were recognized with the Above and Beyond award and Joey Lawrence with AEP/SWEPCO was honored with the Most Valuable Pirate (MVP) award for their outstanding contributions to PTISD.
PTISD received the TAEA District of Distinction award for the second year in a row. and recognition was given to those employees.

Monday is Candy Cane Day at PTJH! Wear red and white!
Teachers immersed themselves into AI/AR/VR during their conferences on Friday. They were able to tour Ann Franks house, visit the International Space Station, play math carnival games, and discovered ways to implement Curipod, Lumio, and Magicschool.ai in the classroom.

PTJH PTA spreading more Christmas Spirit by offering Students the opportunity to send Christmas Grams for FREE to PTJH Staff. Available in the foyer before school through next Wednesday, Dec. 13th.

Robotics kids competed in their first competition of the season Friday December 1. They finished 4th-6th on the skills board, and brought home 3rd, 4th and 7th in alliance match ups. Team 47789C-The Tech Titans-brought home The Judges Award that has already qualified them for the state tournament in March! #PTJHRocks
