The UIL Academics team competed in the Lindale Invitational on December 2nd. The team placed 2nd overall, and the Speech, Debate, and Interpretation team won Sweepstakes (first place) in a tough tournament featuring powerhouse Speech and Debate teams such as LaVernia, the top 4A speech team in the state last year.
