We are proud to announce our partnership with STOPit Solutions, a nationally recognized leader in
school safety and wellness.
Through this partnership, everyone in our school community has access to the STOPit anonymous
reporting app – a powerful tool designed to deter and promptly address instances of bullying, school
violence, self-harm, and inappropriate behaviors.
With the STOPit app, users can anonymously submit tips, attach photo or video evidence, and privately
message school leaders with the necessary information to help everyone involved.
In addition, when a student or anyone in our school community needs immediate support, the STOPit
app provides direct access to Crisis Text Line. Users can anonymously text with counselors (day or night)
until they feel safe and calm.
We encourage everyone in our school community to download the STOPit app.
If you haven’t already done so, we kindly urge parents and guardians to download the STOPit app and
become familiar with its features. This will not only enable you to guide your children in using the app
but will also demonstrate our collective commitment to the safety and wellbeing of our whole school
community.
The STOPit app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Hello everyone,
It’s time again to pass along the Champion of the Week trophy, and this week’s champion truly keeps our campus shining inside and out! He’s one of the kindest, most dependable people on our team. He always makes sure our rooms are clean, safe, and well taken care of, and he does it all with such a humble and positive spirit.
Whether he’s greeting you in the hallway or making sure classrooms are spotless, he always has a warm smile and a gentle heart. His hard work and genuine care never go unnoticed he helps create a space where both students and staff can feel comfortable and cared for every day.
Thank you for all that you do! You are truly appreciated and so deserving of this recognition. Congratulations to our Champion of the Week! MR. SHANNON 👏

The Birch Beatles joined Keep Longview Beautiful on Sunday afternoon at their annual Sow a Seed event at The Green. The KLB mission is to educate and engage our community to take responsibility for improving our environment through litter prevention, beautification, and waste reduction. The Birch Beatles were honored to sing again for this event. We sang, met Moana, Rapunzel, & Smoky the Bear, had our faces painted, got Kona Ice, visited with Firemen and some of us even got to spray water from a hose! The big finale was planting wildflower seeds in the meadow and releasing all the butterflies! It was a great afternoon! 💛☝️💙

⚠️ Action Required: Parent Consent Needed for Nurse and Counselor Services ⚠️
Beginning September 1, 2025, a new Texas law (Senate Bill 12) requires parental consent before school nurses may provide health-related services to students and before school counselors may provide routine counseling services to students.
Without your consent, nurses and counselors will only be able to provide assistance in emergencies. This means we will not be able to provide health services such as basic first aid (including bandages and ice packs), or routine counseling services until the consent form is completed.
Please log in to your Skyward Family Access account to complete and submit the consent form. The form must be completed on a computer, not on a mobile device. If you do not have access to a computer, please visit your child’s campus office for assistance with log in.
Thank you for your partnership in supporting student health and well-being.
