I am a Pine Tree graduate and I started my teaching/coaching career at Pine Tree ISD. I have come back to Pine Tree after eighteen years of teaching/coaching at Gladewater ISD. I taught Science and was the Jr. High Head Football Coach/Jr. High Coordinator and was the High School Boys and Girls Head Golf Coach. I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a B.S. and Master's Degree in Education. I also spent several years in the Pharmaceutical industry as a Medical Sales Rep. My wife Denise and I got married in 1996. Denise works for Christus Good Shepherd as a CMA for Dr. Lewis. I have two wonderful step children. RJ and Memrie Ferguson . RJ Ferguson, LPC, MAMFT is the Assistant Director for Hope Road Counseling here in Longview. Dr. Memrie Ferguson, PT. DPT. OCS, FAAOMP is an Associate Professor at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. She is also on Staff in the Redisdence Program at UTMB. Let me add, we have four amazing grandchildren that are the light of our lives.
