Hello I am Coach Rodrick Portley. I am going into my 20th year of teaching and coaching and my eighth year here at Pine Tree ISD. In the classroom, I will have the honor of teaching Counseling and Mental Health & Lifetime Nutrition. My coaching responsibilities are coaching Freshmen football and serving as the Head Girls Powerlifting Coach. I currently serve as the Texas High School Womens Powerlifting Association secretary and have been a Regional Director for 10 years. My wife Lori and I have four children, and one grandchild. Of the four two of them are Pine Tree students at the High school and Junior High. I look forward to this upcoming school year and the things to come.
