Mrs.McGowan is beginning her fourteenth year at PTJH. Her fourth years as the Librarian & UIL Coordinator. Before becoming a Pirate Mrs. McGowan was a Rusk Eagle for sixteen years. She has 2 children, one grandson and a dog Pepper. In her spare time she enjoys shopping, decorating, gardening, and reading.
Mrs. McGowan, loves the library and enjoys the students coming and getting excited about books.
