Bring your photo identification. We will ask to see your identification if you are picking up your child for any reason. Seeing your identification will verify your identity, allowing us to release your child safely into your care.

You must also bring your photo identification to enter the building to eat lunch with your student(s). Your id will be scanned and you will receive a sticker badge to be worn while on campus.

We want to thank everyone for helping us with smooth traffic flow in the morning and afternoon.

 

If your child is a car rider in the afternoon, make certain you have a car tag. This tag will have your child's teacher's name and your child's assigned number. If you do not have this car tag, you will be asked to park across the street in the parking lot and come in to show proper identification before picking up your child.

 

Afternoon changes to transportation will not be made after 2:30 p.m.

If your child is a bus rider they may be dropped off within walking distances to their stop:

1st through 4th grade-  .1 miles or approx. 550 ft. or 1-block (grouped at bus stops).

Parents are encouraged to receive their children at the bus stop. 

 

We primarily post important information or upcoming events on our social media platforms, Facebook and Instagram, and also on our campus website. Continue to check your child’s backpack and/or folder daily. There are a lot of fun things happening here at Birch Elementary and notes are sent home when needed to keep you informed! Please put your child's name on backpacks, lunch kits and in jackets, sweaters, etc., by doing so we will be able to return any lost items.
