| When are PTISD Board Meetings? | In general, Regular School Board Meetings are held the second Monday of each month. Some meetings are re-scheduled due to holidays. Visit the School Board Meetings page. You may also be interested in the Board of Trustees home page. |

| What do I have to do or were do I sign up to make sure I am an approved volunteer at my child's school to be able to attend school field trips and attend school parties, etc.? | Volunteer applications and approvals are managed first on the campus. You would need to check with the main office at your student's school. |
| How do I file a complaint in the district? | For all complaints, grievances and concerns, the Pine Tree ISD has a step-by-step action plan for parents/students and staff. Call the Central Office for more information. 903-295-5000. |

| When is high school graduation? | PT High School Graduation is May 25th. ExCEL Graduations are December 15th and May 24th |
| How many Absences are allowed in one school year? | The Texas Education Agency has stated that no student should be absent for more than 10% of an academic year. |

| If you live in Longview, for a Fee can a child attend Pine Tree schools? | Pine Tree ISD does not have offer this option at this time. If you have specific questions on student Enrollment, please contact the office Student Services and Campus Support at 903-295-5000 or visit the Student Services Web page. |

| How do I know what bus my child rides? |
The office personnel at your student's office or the Transportation Department can tell you the assigned bus route, the bus number and the location the bus will pick your child up and drop off too. |
| How will I know if my child's bus is late? |
Visit the Transportation Web Page for a daily update on the status of the buses. If you can't get to a computer, follow these steps from you phone: -Dial 903-295-5106 -Choose option #5 on the menu. -Listen to a recorded message before each AM and PM route. |
